As our busy season winds down, we're seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Austin-Waco market, one of our highest-performing and fastest-growing teams, generating $12M+ in annual sales.
This role requires a strong, engaging, pace-setting leader who can coach, motivate, and hold a high-performing sales team accountable, someone who leads from the front, drives performance, and isn't hesitant to take action when needed.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team in a growth market
Drive revenue, pipeline discipline, and consistent execution
Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations
Lead sales meetings, ride-alongs, and ongoing training
Partner with executive leadership to scale systems, people, and results
Maintain a strong culture of accountability, encouragement, and execution
Who We're Looking For
Proven sales leadership experience (managing experienced reps preferred)
Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
Strong communicator who can instruct, motivate, and lead with confidence
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Military leadership background is a strong plus
Home services or similar B2C sales experience preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
