We are HIRING! Four Points by Sheraton in Appleton, WI is seeking a high-energy Group Sales Manager to join our sales efforts at this amazing hotel.
Duties include:
Actively calling on assigned market segments, providing exceptional customer service, and drive overall hotel performance.
Cultivates relationships within market segments with key community members and influencers to provide a strong positive image of the hotel and drive financial return.
Negotiate and close sales while meeting/exceeding sales targets. Impress customers with tailored proposals, quality, and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner.
Implements the hotel's marketing plan to achieve departmental goals.
Works Closely with the Director of Sales and management throughout the hotel and Company.
Completes all reporting by the required deadline.
Requirements:
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Be results-driven and have a positive attitude.
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Previous hotel sales experience.
Marriott hotel experience is preferred
