What You'll Be Responsible For

Sales Leadership & Team Performance
Lead, coach, and manage
multiple sales representatives
Set clear expectations around activity, follow-up, and revenue growth
Hold reps accountable to goals while removing obstacles in their way
Train reps on relationship-based selling, territory strategy, and influence
Maintain visibility into pipelines, referral activity, and conversion trends
Keep the team focused, confident, and moving forward

Territory Growth & Relationship Development
Build and deepen referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living, and community partners
Model strong sales behavior through your own external activity
Step into direct territory ownership when needed (player-coach model)
Identify new market opportunities and expansion paths
Represent the company with confidence, credibility, and persuasive communication

Growth Strategy & Expansion Support
Partner with leadership on market strategy and territory development
Support the launch and ramp-up of new offices or territories as assigned
Adjust sales focus based on market conditions and performance data
Help scale systems and expectations as the sales team grows

What You Bring
Proven ability to influence, persuade, and build trust quickly

Strong communication skills -- one-on-one and in group settings
Willingness to travel within assigned markets
Home care or healthcare sales experience is a plus --

Compensation & Structure
Base Salary: $35,000-$45,000 (DOE)
Uncapped performance-based bonuses tied to market growth
