We are hiring a Sales Manager

to

lead, coach, and drive multiple sales representatives

, while actively growing business across assigned markets. This is not a passive management role. This is a

front-foot leadership position

for someone who knows how to persuade, motivate, and produce results.


Depending on location and market needs, this role may also include

direct ownership of a territory

, operating as a player-coach while building and scaling the team.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Sales Leadership & Team Performance



Lead, coach, and manage

multiple sales representatives

Set clear expectations around activity, follow-up, and revenue growth

Hold reps accountable to goals while removing obstacles in their way

Train reps on relationship-based selling, territory strategy, and influence

Maintain visibility into pipelines, referral activity, and conversion trends

Keep the team focused, confident, and moving forward

Territory Growth & Relationship Development



Build and deepen referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living, and community partners Model strong sales behavior through your own external activity Step into direct territory ownership when needed (player-coach model) Identify new market opportunities and expansion paths Represent the company with confidence, credibility, and persuasive communication

Growth Strategy & Expansion Support



Partner with leadership on market strategy and territory development Support the launch and ramp-up of new offices or territories as assigned Adjust sales focus based on market conditions and performance data Help scale systems and expectations as the sales team grows

Growth in referrals, cases, and revenue across territories Sales team consistency, engagement, and follow-through Strong referral relationships that convert and sustain Momentum -- deals moving forward, not stalling

What You Bring



Proven ability to influence, persuade, and build trust quickly Sales leadership experience or strong readiness to step into it Comfort holding others accountable while staying relationship-focused High initiative and ability to operate independently Strong communication skills -- one-on-one and in group settings Willingness to travel within assigned markets

Home care or healthcare sales experience is a plus --

Compensation & Structure



Base Salary: $35,000-$45,000 (DOE)

Uncapped performance-based bonuses tied to market growth
