The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Enablement professional to help drive the success of our sales teams. This position requires constant cross-collaboration among all GoCanvas departments to continue to refine and execute on the sales development strategy. In this role, you will play an integral part in the upskilling of our tenured sales professionals and onboarding our new hires. Additionally, you will own the coordination of sales events. The ideal candidate is passionate about accelerating the success of sales teams and lifelong learning. Your Most Important Initiatives

  • Coordinate all new hire training tracks.
  • Manage logistics for ongoing upskilling sessions.
  • Closely partner with other departments (e.g. Product; Marketing) to manage go-to-market efforts to get new materials into the hands of sales in a meaningful way.
  • Own and manage logistics of sales events, such as sales meetings and President\xe2\x80\x99s Club.
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager to monitor and report on KPIs, taking steps to ensure sales growth targets are met.
  • Build trust and credibility by delivering high-quality and impactful enablement experiences.
  • Assist in development of sales insights, including partnering with industry experts to bring valuable education to the GoCanvas business.
  • Collaborate appropriately to react quickly to any decrease in metrics, helping to create a plan to make immediate improvements.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 2-4 years in a sales support or training position; SaaS organization preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Adult Learning Principles particularly, training design and delivery.
  • Process-driven with excellent organization, prioritization, and analytical skills.
  • Functional knowledge of sales technology platforms including but not limited to, Salesforce, Salesloft, and LMS platforms are a plus.
  • Proficient in event planning, vendor management, and coordination responsibilities
  • Proven track record in creating and delivering training sessions, with measurable results.
  • Flexible, \xe2\x80\x9cget it done\xe2\x80\x9d attitude with a strong sense of team.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to independently and creatively problem-solve.
