Sales Coordinator

to join our team. This role reports directly to the

Sales Director

and works in close partnership with the

Production Manager

to ensure smooth workflows, exceptional customer experience, and strong sales performance.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our sales operation, you will:

Support the Sales Director in managing customer relationships and coordinating daily sales activities. Serve as a communication hub between sales staff, the Production Manager, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow. Assist with organizing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and preparing weekly updates. Help maintain our customer management software with accurate, timely information. Coordinate account visits and help oversee follow-ups to ensure projects move efficiently through completion. Review estimates, job details, and customer information to ensure accuracy and readiness for production processing. Support team-wide efforts by helping troubleshoot issues, gather information, and maintain compliance with company sales processes. Contribute to market insights by identifying opportunities for customer growth and improved sales execution.

What We're Looking For

Field experience in the roofing industry Field experience with construction management Experience using Xactimate Experience using Acculynx Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination is a plus Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools A positive, adaptable attitude and commitment to team success
