We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator with an outgoing and positive can-do attitude, experienced in sales (preferably in the consumer goods field). You will be reporting to the President and Marketing Manager to assist them with managing the outside sales force, building relationships with key accounts, and performing other sales and administrative duties as assigned. The Sales Coordinator will also work cross-functionally with the team to handle Amazon account related tasks. It is important for someone in this role to be a great communicator, have a solid understanding our products and target market, and know how to sell. Your responsibilities include: Account Management: \xc2\xb7 Consistently communicate and follow up with accounts to increase sales \xc2\xb7 Log sales calls and account details for sales team in CRM \xc2\xb7 Provide customer service to customers on any potential issues \xc2\xb7 Coordinate key account routing information with warehouse and import staff \xc2\xb7 Assist in creation of sales presentations, quote sheets, and other needed sales materials \xc2\xb7 Assist in Maintaining and building relationships with existing customers to provide an exceptional brand experience \xc2\xb7 Fill Out Quote & Spec Sheets for Customers Sales Communications: \xc2\xb7 Coordinate samples to send to reps and rep groups for them to use on the road \xc2\xb7 Organize sales rep & trade show information for sales team \xc2\xb7 Draft and send out rep updates 1-2 times/month to keep reps updated on inventory, order status, and other company updates \xc2\xb7 Host rep training meetings with sales team for all product releases \xc2\xb7 Provide sales reps with sales sheets, media assets, and other tools \xc2\xb7 Assist President/Marketing Manager with various tasks Trade Show Coordination: \xc2\xb7 Manage all trade-show related tasks from organizing any needed paperwork to designing the layout of the booth \xc2\xb7 Coordinate trade show supplies and samples to ensure they get sent to event \xc2\xb7 Attend & work at the trade shows Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and oral communication skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent organization skills, being able to juggle multiple tasks at once \xc2\xb7 Have the ability for problem solving \xc2\xb7 Work well under pressure \xc2\xb7 Experience in B2B environment \xc2\xb7 Computer and software skills - high proficiency in Outlook required.
