- Handle the processing of quotes, sales orders, invoices and MSO\xe2\x80\x99s with accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give After Sales support when requested
- Monitoring inventory and reporting when stock levels are low
- General customer service
- Assist with the sales team\xe2\x80\x99s activities in order to maximize their performance.
- Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Proven experience in sales, experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
