We're building an

elite team of Sales Consultants

representing solar, windows & doors, and roofing. You'll give homeowners complete, integrated solutions that make their homes smarter, safer, and more efficient--all while building a rewarding career with no limits.

What You'll Do

Generate leads through direct residential outreach (door-to-door). Deliver persuasive in-home presentations that excite homeowners about solar, windows, and roofing upgrades. Guide customers from first conversation to signed agreement with confidence and care. Communicate real value, overcome objections, and close deals with integrity. Represent one of the fastest-growing home improvement teams in the state.

Pay: $119,000.00 - $204,000.00 per year
