Knock doors, meet homeowners, and present roofing solutions. Build trust, deliver value, and create strong customer relationships. Hit and exceed sales targets through consistent, proactive outreach. Transition into company-provided leads after showing you can close self-generated opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:

$65,000 - $250,000+

(Base + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses)

Flexibility:

You control your schedule -- evenings and weekends optional.

Bonuses:

Requirements

Willingness to knock doors and generate leads during training. Strong work ethic, confidence, and competitive mindset. Reliable transportation + valid driver's license.
