Aloha! Mahina opened its first location on Maui in 2006, we now have 15 locations island wide plus an online store! We are looking for a sales associate for our Lahaina location, who is available 20-30 hrs per week. Our perfect candidate is friendly, efficient, reliable and has a heart for service and an eye for fashion. Store hours: 11am-6pm Monday- Saturday and 10am-5pm Sunday. Requirements:

- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Preferred experience
- Available a minimum of one weekend shift weekly
- Greet customers and respond to questions in a hospitable and efficient manner
- Remain knowledgeable about merchandise, sales, promotions and store policy
- Provide styling recommendations based on customer\xe2\x80\x99s stated preferences, needs and desires
- Operate the POS and perform related tasks, including cash handling, credit card processing and opening and closing of the register
- Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
- Handle refunds, returns and exchanges with a focus on timeliness and customer service
- Base hourly rate, plus a monthly monetary bonus when goals are reached
