Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to support our financial services operations in Lewes, DE. This role will be instrumental in supporting the sales team, including preparing paperwork for client meetings, documenting client instructions, managing calendars, and client communications. The Sales Assistant helps embody the standards and values of the organization and deliver client experience unrivaled in the financial services industry.
The primary responsibility is to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the producers and financial planners, allowing them to focus on developing business opportunities and managing accounts.

Responsibilities
Sales Support: prepare and pre-fill paperwork, ensuring timely completion and helping the team do what they do best.
Client Interaction: Confirm appointments, handle direct client interactions
Document Organization and Management: Maintain a secure and organized electronic and paper filing system for client documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
Data Entry: Accurately manage financial data and demographic entries in MoneyGuidePro and Redtail CRM, connecting information across all software platforms and the client experience. Experience with Schwab or Orion and running reports is a plus.
Manage CMR: input client data and notes from client meetings, and manage workflow process
Communication Management: Coordinate and facilitate communication between advisors and clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and relaying important updates.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows, particularly during peak times or special projects.
Task Prioritization: Manage and prioritize daily tasks to align with company goals and client needs, ensuring that critical deadlines are met.
Qualifications
Experience: [Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client relationship role in the securities and/or insurance segments of the financial services industry
Skills: Expertise in CRM systems, specifically Redtail CRM or Salesforce. Experience with MoneyGuide Pro financial planning software is preferred, although training is available.
Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to function independently in an in-person setting.
Education: No degree required; significant industry experience necessary.
Licensing: Health and Life and Series 65 licensing is beneficial but not required.
