Classification

Non Exempt/Hourly

The Sales and Marketing Project Administrator coordinates initiatives, manages timelines, maintains databases, and supports cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution. Strong organizational and communication skills are vital for success in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide sales and marketing support, including drafting emails, creating presentations, and updating marketing materials.
  • Manage and update social media accounts and website content.
  • Search and identify sales opportunities from national sales databases.
  • Assist with sales proposal preparation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Excel to create and maintain reports, manipulate data, and analyze information.
  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, updating materials, and tracking outcomes.
  • Responsible for reporting to the Customer Relations and Marketing Manager and promptly fulfilling all assigned tasks to support the team\'s objectives and meet project requirements.
  • Manage the tradeshow material inventory and oversee logistics and travel coordination for team members attending tradeshows.
  • Assume responsibility for brand management, maintaining consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
Managerial Responsibility
  • This position does not supervise other employees
Travel/Shift Requirements
  • Infrequent local / Office hours
Physical Demands
  • Walking, sitting and standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Skills and Abilities Required
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools is a plus
Education and Experience Required
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience supporting project management
  • College coursework in, Marketing, Business or related field preferred
