• Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify product trends, patterns, and opportunities for additional product growth.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts and regularly review performance metrics to gauge forecast accuracy.
• Create and maintain databases and reporting tools to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Conduct industry research to identify and evaluate product and market changes, opportunities, and trends.
• Collect market size and share data to support our positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies and help make improved, data-driven business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing promotions.
• Prepare and present sales reports with recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide sales managers and teams with insights, recommendations, and support to improve sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and develop strategies to address performance gaps.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, preferably in the marine parts industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
