Job Summary

We're looking for a reliable and energetic Salad Bar Attendant to join. our team! This position includes a mix of lunch and dinner shifts, so flexibility is a must. This role is essential in ensuring our salad bar is fresh, clean, and fully stocked throughout the day. You'll prepare ingredients, follow recipes, and help maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment. If you enjoy working behind the scenes and take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

Prepare fresh ingredients daily according to The Dough Shed's recipes and portion standards

Ensure all prep items are properly labeled, stored, and rotated
Keep the salad bar stocked, clean, and visually appealing throughout the day
Monitor food quality and freshness, refilling or replacing items as needed
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including prep counters, sinks, equipment, and utensils
Support general kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, including dishwashing as needed
Follow all food safety guidelines and cleanliness standards
Communicate with team members about inventory needs and prep priorities

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety

Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
Previous kitchen or food prep experience is helpful but not required
* Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
