Job Description

Our Safety Clerk will be in charge of entering all information in the system of all new hires and terminations of drivers, adding and/or removing tractors and trailers and maintaining the database complete and up to date.

• Keep database up to date and 100% accurate
• DQ files to be 100% up to date with all required and necessary documents
• Add, terminate and update assets (drivers, tractors and trailers) in the Database in all applicable platforms
• Send weekly deductions report to the Accounting department
• Follow up and update expiration dates in in TMW Suite, and obtain updated/renewed documents of drivers and equipment

• Prepare QRs and Barcodes for new trailers
• Coordinate with vendor the installation of decals and logos for new equipment
• Respond to all employment verifications in Tenstreet
• Verify/ request employment references for newly hired drivers
• Send orientation material to new drivers\' emails, and assign trainings to new hire via Infiniti
• Prepare driver material (binder) for new hire orientation
• Send internal notifications of all new hires, terminations and updates/changes.
• Run headcount reports and audits of all platforms on a weekly basis
• Renew certificates and permits annually

Requirements:

• Proficient with a computer - Outlook Email, Word, Excel, Internet browser
• Ability to learn software quickly
• Highly detailed

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour Benefits:
