Hours of operation are 7 am - 4 pm Office Clerk responsibilities include: Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible. Maintain open purchase orders and tracking orders. Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues. Utilize copy machines and computers for word processing and spreadsheet creation Monitor stocks of office supplies and order to refill stock. Data Entry responsibilities include: Preparing quotes for customers. Must be detailed oriented. Ordering parts and processing purchase orders Preparing packing slips for delivery back to our customers Checking in tools and making workorders for technicians Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:

Experience:
  • Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
