WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * Ensuring compliance of company policies and procedures. * Manage/direct inventory. * Direct coaching of the sales staff on individual and team goals. * Ensuring adequate dealership staffing needs are met. * Maintaining/documenting all sales leads and information are entered/updated in the CRM. * Desking deals and providing sales quotes. * Coach, mentor and build a high-performance sales team dedicated to all sales activities related to new and used RVs * Develop unique ways to drive sales through events, community activities and local marketing campaigns * Obtain and analyze customer feedback to ensure high service levels are maintained * Recruit, select and train sales staff for growth and advancement opportunities * Display strong leadership qualities that show commitment to a no-pressure, high integrity sales approach with each customer * Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue- generating practices to the team and organization * Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including retail, service and finance * Be positive and have strong communication with staff, customers, co-workers and senior management WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE: * Previous experience in a Finance or Sales Manager role preferred in Automotive, Boating, RV Industry, etc. * Dealership sales experience of a revenue generating team * Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast- paced environment * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Strong computer skills with previous exposure to customer data and inventory systems * Valid driver\'s license * May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices * Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending APPLY WITH US!
