About us Golden Spike RV is an RV park in Brigham City, UT with a great staff that is growing together to create outstanding guest experiences. Golden Spike RV Park in Brigham City, UT is looking for a full time RV Park Office Manager to join our team. Leading a committed team, you will take the lead in creating a positive and memorable guest experience, maximize occupancy, and meet business metrics. You will have the most interaction with guests, and therefore have the potential for greatest impact on the guest experience as you greet and assist guests with checking in/out, making purchases, addressing questions and concerns, etc. As part of the Golden Spike RV team, you will:

  • Ensure that all interactions with guests and staff are professional and positive.
  • Greet arriving guests and ensure they are checked in promptly and accurately.
  • Answer phones and take reservations, answer questions, give directions, etc.
  • Cashier for store items and services.
  • Basic clerical/administrative tasks involved in running an office and/or RV park.
  • Make guests aware of amenities of the park and goods, services, and attractions in the area.

  • Hospitality industry experience.
  • Supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Retail/cash handling experience.
  • Ability to speak and understand English is required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new computer programs.
  • Campground experience a plus.
  • Experience with CampLife campground software a huge plus.
  • Living on-site in your RV a plus.

  • Supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)
