IT Specialist This position assists in the daily administration of help desk support, workstation setups and new user setups within Active Directory or Office 365. Identification, troubleshooting and correcting issues with end user trouble tickets. Assisting in LAN maintenance activities and providing PC applications along with help-desk support. The IT Specialist ensures that accounts, access privileges, standards, templates, and other user requirements remain consistent with security policies as well as handling day-to-day administration of LAN accounts.
