Qualifications:
Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and the community, promoting teamwork and school spirit. Strong understanding of the specified sport, including rules, techniques, and strategies. Previous coaching experience at the secondary level is preferred. Experience at the varsity or collegiate level is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes to excel both academically and athletically. Skilled in teaching fundamental techniques and promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and personal growth. Preference will be given to certified district employees or individuals who have successfully completed the State Athletic Certification program, assuming all other qualifications are equal.
