Commercial Roofing Superintendent
Small start commercial roofing and wall panel contractor based in Norcross, GA is actively hiring for a roofing superintendent to become a part of our team. The company has gained traction and needs knowledgeable and experienced superintendent to oversee single ply projects and possibly with minor overlapping projects involving metal roofing and wall panels. Backgrounds checks will be performed on candidates as a part of the screening process.
Pay Package:
$65-$75k salary per year

Duties:
Oversee multiple single ply projects
Attend meetings
Interact with roof consultants, GC's
Daily reports
Expectations:
Min. 2-3 years experience in low slope commercial roofing
In supervisory role
Be able to lift and set up ladders, up to 40'
Weekend work may be required
Ability to make minor repairs
Ability to read plans
Spanish speaking is a plus.
