Job Summary:

Focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads and driving sales for the


Commercial and Service Departments.

Roles, Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Development

: Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and convert them into lasting customers.

Proposal Management

: Prepare and review with your Team proposals, negotiated contract to close new customers. Ensure that all customer information and proposals are kept detailed and up to date in the CRM, Dataforma, Smart Sheets and other software programs as needed for the position.

Deliver Excellent Customer Service

: Conduct site visits and perform roof inspections to assess client needs then provide tailored roofing solutions.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends and products to provide effective solutions and maintain a competitive edge for our customer base.

Maximize Repair, Re-Roof and/or Maintenance Program Opportunities

Continuously look at ways to maximize opportunities through up-sale of a repair, a re-roof or on-going maintenance agreements.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, by becoming their primary point of contact for inquiries and resolving issues.

Metrics:

Meeting and/or exceeding budgeted monthly sales quota.

Growing the Commercial and Service Departments target market area.

Ensuring BDR reputation is sustained in areas.

Qualifications, Certifications, Educational Requirements

3 plus year experience in roofing/sales

Outgoing and energetic personality Must demonstrate a high level of organization and professionalism

Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with management on a daily basis.

Must demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and "self-starter"

Excellent writing skills

Computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Suites

This position will be 80% field - traveling daily to surrounding area and 20% in the office. This position may require operating at job sites and will be exposed to all types of weather. It may involve lifting 10-50+ lbs., as well as climbing, bending, and kneeling. This position may also involve working at significant heights as well as steep slopes.

* This position works a standard work week but may be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.
