About the Role
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting roof inspections, providing estimates, and closing sales. You'll work closely with homeowners, property managers, and business owners to provide top-quality roofing solutions backed by Nino Development's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new roofing sales leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and marketing efforts.
Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess condition, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals tailored to client needs.
Educate customers on roofing options, materials, warranties, and installation processes.
Maintain strong follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction from initial contact through project completion.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and competitive products.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience (roofing, construction, or related field preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
Basic knowledge of roofing systems and construction processes (training provided if needed).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Positive, goal-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
