We are seeking an experienced and driven Roofing Sales Manager with 2-3+ years of roofing sales experience to lead, train, and grow our sales team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands residential roofing sales, insurance restoration, and how to consistently close deals while developing high-performing sales reps.
Responsibilities
Lead, train, and manage a team of roofing sales representatives
Set sales goals, track performance, and coach reps to exceed targets
Conduct ride-alongs, inspections, and in-field sales support
Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
Assist homeowners with insurance claims and adjuster meetings
Review estimates, contracts, and pricing for accuracy and profitability
Manage CRM usage, lead distribution, and pipeline reporting
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project handoff
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience in roofing sales (management experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems (asphalt, metal, flat roofing)
Experience with insurance restoration and storm damage claims
Proven leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
Comfortable with in-home sales, inspections, and occasional door-to-door efforts
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience with CRM systems and estimating software (Xactimate a plus)
