Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and lead a top sales team Manage retail roofing and insurance claim projects Collaborate with homeowners and adjusters for smooth claims Track KPIs and implement growth strategies Maintain integrity, quality, and performance standards
Qualifications
3+ years of leadership in roofing, construction, or insurance restoration Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes and retail roofing sales Proven record of exceeding team sales goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Xactimate experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
