Lotus Business Solutions is seeking skilled and motivated
Roofing Sales Closers
for
one of our clients in the Fort Lauderdale area
. Our client specializes in
home restoration services
, and this is a
field-based role
--you will attend
qualified and confirmed homeowner appointments
(no cold calling or canvassing) and focus on closing sales.
Compensation
$1,000 - $4,000 weekly
Paid training provided
Gas stipend included
Qualified, confirmed homeowner appointments provided
Responsibilities
Attend scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners
Conduct roofing/home restoration consultations and explain available services
Confidently close sales in a one-call close environment
Complete all required contracts and paperwork accurately
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Sales Closer
Roofing or home restoration sales experience is a
plus
Strong communication and closing skills
Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
