What You'll Do
Perform expert installation and repair of metal and composition shingle roofing systems
Execute tear-offs with precision and speed
Work closely with your foreman and crew to maintain project timelines and safety standards
Represent the company with professionalism and care on every job site
Pay & Incentives
$23-$29/hr based on experience
Additional pay per square installed
Overtime and weekend work available
Schedule & Location
Full-time | Monday-Friday, 7AM-5PM
Weekend shifts and OT available as needed
Work is based out of Bend, OR
Requirements
At least 1 year of roofing experience
Proficient with both shingle and metal roofing
Valid driver's license with an insurable record
Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and communication skills
