Overview

Creative Construction Management LLC is hiring W-2 Roofers and Roofing Helpers for residential roofing projects. We are looking for reliable workers with roofing experience who can help with tear-offs, installs, and repairs. Full-time work available.

Duties

Perform shingle and tile tear-offs and substrate prep Install underlayment, dry-in, flashing and transitions to spec Install shingles or tile in a clean, professional manner Install roof accessories such as vents, pipe boots, edge metal, and flashings Assist with leak repairs, decking replacement, and detail work. Operate nail guns, compressors, saws, and roofing tools. Follow proper safety protocols when working at heights and with tools Stage materials, load/unload, and manage debris and cleanup. Stage and organize materials to maintain production speed Follow instructions from GC and project supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency throughout each phase of the project.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year roofing experience (shingles or tile)- required Experience using roofing tools (nail guns, cutting tools, compressors, hand tools) Ability to work safely at heights and lift 50+lbs Strong understanding of jobsite safety protocols Reliable transportation to and from job sites Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions Basic personal hand tools (preferred) Blueprint/ plan reading or estimating experience (a plus but not required)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
