What You'll Do

Inspect residential & commercial roofs Provide property inspections and offer solutions Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process Close deals and build a strong pipeline Begin mentoring new reps as you progress into leadership

What We're Looking For

High energy, positive attitude, and a people-first mindset

Clean driving and background history Must be able to

drive throughout the DFW Metroplex

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and reliable Sales experience preferred (roofing, solar, construction, or related industry a plus)
