What you'll do (day-to-day)

Run targeted, in-person outreach in assigned areas to qualify homeowners for roof rejuvenation. Build quick rapport, explain our 7-17 year warranty and the value proposition, and confirm genuine interest. Book high-quality in-home or virtual consultations for estimators and closers. Log leads, activity, and notes daily in JobNimbus. Provide field feedback to improve scripts, routing, and lead quality. Attend paid training and short sales huddles to keep improving.
Who will crush this role

Experience:

1+ year in direct sales, field sales, or appointment setting (outside services preferred).

Traits:

Confident, energetic, resilient -- you win people over in person.

Work style:

Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable walking neighborhoods and managing routes.

Tech & logistics:

Smartphone fluent, comfortable with JobNimbus (training provided), valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Professional, punctual, and proud to represent a trusted brand.

Nice to have:

home-services background (roofing, remodel, solar, HVAC), bilingual skills, prior experience setting or closing appointments.
