We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Roofing Crew Shinglers to join our team. As a Roofing Installer, you will be responsible for installing shingles and performing other roofing tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your expertise and precision will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality roofing installations.

Responsibilities:

- Install shingle roofing systems according to company specifications and industry standards.

- Work as part of a crew to complete roofing projects in a timely manner.

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a secure work environment.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution.

- Perform roofing repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks as required.

- Safely operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery necessary for roofing installations.

- Inspect completed work to verify its compliance with specifications and client expectations.

- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients regarding project progress and any relevant concerns.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in shingle roofing installation is highly preferred.

- Proficiency in the use of roofing tools, equipment, and machinery.

- Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow guidelines strictly.

- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.

Benefits:

- Competitive salary ranging from $35,000 to $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications (Paid on a per day basis, weekly).
