Medical/Surgical Telemetry

team.

The RN responsibilities include:

+ Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. + Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
+ Professional accountability and development.
+ Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Qualifications:

Certifications and Licensures:

+ BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required + RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
+ ACLS Certification, if required by department
+ Nurse Specialty certification is preferred

Education:

+ Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required + Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience:

+ 2 years of RN experience is required.

+ Interpersonal skills + Critical thinking skills
+ Clinical skills appropriate to position
