We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN / LPN to join our team on a PRN basis, working all shifts as needed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and record vital signs and medical information Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Maintain accurate and complete medical records Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols

Requirements:
Active RN / LPN license in the state of Illinois Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Flexibility to work all shifts as needed
