Responsibilities:



As an RN/LPN at The Springs of Chenal, you will supervise day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards. Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications, record vital signs, and assist patients with daily tasks. Embrace and implement best practices for older adults, fostering a positive and quality end-of-life care environment.
