Key Responsibilities

Clinical Practice:

Provide

top-of-scope direct patient care

Quality Care:

Uphold and implement

evidence-based care models

Teaching and Mentoring:

Demonstrate leadership by

Requirements

Licensure:

Must hold valid

State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Education:

Graduation from an accredited or state board of nursing approved

RN program

(mandatory for candidates with less than three years of experience).

Experience:

Requires a minimum of

six months of RN experience

Certifications:

Possess current

BLS

certification (AHA or Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer) with validity extending at least sixty days from the hire date.
