RN Charge Nurse

to join our leadership team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Provide direct resident care and oversee clinical operations Ensure proper documentation and compliance with all regulations Manage admissions, discharges, and care planning Act as a resource for residents, families, and staff Promote a positive work environment while ensuring high-quality care

Requirements:

Current Ohio RN license in good standing Previous long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families
