As part of our team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help our clients determine their compensation structure, executive pay packages, legal and regulatory requirements, tax implications, and financial reporting and accounting advice.

Required Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrates proven expertise and a track record of success:
  • Sells and leads large scale engagements and manages client accounts in a collaborative and fast-paced environment;
  • Drives relationship with senior client counterparts, ensuring buy-in in term of scope, objectives and deliverables, and negotiating appropriate engagement terms, e.g.. payment terms, expenses and schedule;
  • Manages effective financial aspects of engagements, e.g. invoicing, budget and collection;
  • Develops overall engagement frameworks, plans and program structure; working with client to define resource needs and managing engagement expectations;
  • Develops and sustains deep client relationships at executive level using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities.
  • Leverages and effectively utilizes the firm\'s resources and credentials to generate new business opportunities and lead selling efforts;
  • Communicates with presence and influence in both formal and informal settings, preparing and presenting persuasive written and verbal materials to executive-level leadership and/or large audiences;
  • Understands proactively market and industry trends in order to develop business initiatives and relationships that help achieve competitive advantage;
  • Leads effective internal research projects to enhance the firm\'s intellectual property;
  • Generates vision, establishes direction and creates an atmosphere of trust; and,
  • Leverages diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.

Additional Educational Preferences: Masters Degree or Juris Doctorate Certification(s) Preferred: CPA or PHR or CFP or CFA or CCP or CEP Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates expertise knowledge and understanding of the structuring of design, regulatory, compliance, financial reporting and technical aspects of compensation arrangements in either a major law-firm, consulting or corporate environment with areas of focus to include a combination of any of the following:
  • Possessing knowledge of broad-based Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits including, qualified and non-qualified plans, executive compensation and health & welfare arrangements, compensation plan design, theories, common practices and their administration;
  • Possessing knowledge of standard and non-traditional job evaluation methodologies, senior and executive compensation, salary structures, merit budget development;
  • Possessing knowledge of payroll administration, day to day processes, ability to understand the payroll life cycle and challenges;
  • Possessing knowledge of Equity/Stock based compensation and international treatment;
  • Possessing knowledge of Talent/Job architecture and salary structure;
  • Possessing knowledge of compensation tax, policy research, analysis and working with complex tax issues;
  • Possessing knowledge of compensation and Benefits accounting and valuations; and,
  • Possessing knowledge of Financial Wellness programs to provide broad based and executive education and guidance on benefit plans and total rewards.
