Klement Family Dental is growing, and looking for an on-site Revenue Cycle Coordinator to grow with our office! As a Revenue Cycle Coordinator with Klement Family Dental you could earn anywhere from $19-$25/hr. base pay while earning additional in incentives and bonuses. Responsibilities:


Generate and analyze aging reports on a regular basis Claims submission Post incoming payments Dentist Credentialing Make collection calls in order to discuss and arrange payments on delinquent accounts Monitor patient accounts Generate and send statements to patients Identify and oversee process of sending accounts to collections as needed Document all activity using Dental software Prepare and maintain additional reports Maintain YTD collections percentage at healthy rate of 99% Perform the duties of a Patient Coordinator as needed: answering phones, conducting check-in/check-out procedures and other general customer service duties Support management as needed

Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred Prior customer service experience in a fast paced customer focused environment Strong organization skills and detail oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Computer knowledge Ability to calculate figures and amounts Comfortable seeing patients and able to maintain a professional demeanor and attitude.
