The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Revenue Audit Manager to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As an Audit Manager, you will oversee daily audit of all revenue-generating departments to accurately report revenues and calculate gaming tax. This is a great opportunity for someone with 5+ years of audit experience, ideally in a gaming environment, that wants to help build out new processes as our company continues to grow.

Pay

Minimum \xe2\x80\x93 Anticipated Maximum Salary: $59500 - $78800 / year

Responsibilities

• Manage the business unit auditing team in the administration of internal controls and audits of policies and procedures
• Ensure the department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies
• Certify that all daily revenue audit checklist steps have been completed and revenue properly recorded
• Provide recommendations to management on issues pertaining to gaming audit, accounting, and regulations
• Oversee team members by providing leadership, mentoring, and administering annual performance reviews
• Collaborate with other teams, functions, and data owners across the company to align on process and data issues and to ensure any required changes to policies, procedures, and processes are implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in audit or accounting, or Associate degree with relevant prior accounting experience
• 5+ years of related work experience with 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Experience in a hotel or casino industry preferred, gaming industry experience highly preferred
• Excellent skills required in working across multi-functional teams and supporting business units. Facilitation, detailed collaboration, and effective communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to work occasional weekends, nights and holidays as needed
