Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at Kenai Fjords Tours. As a Retail Supervisor, you will work closely with the Retail Manager in managing cash, employee attendance, revenue assurance and opening/closing the store. You will assist guests and ensure efficient, courteous service. You will have a range of duties and responsibilities to include:
- Assist in employee training, development and motivation
- Educate guests on products and services
- Order, receive and maintain inventory
- Ensure completion of daily and weekly tasks for the store and employees
- Previous experience in retail and guest services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and detail oriented
- Possess valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with clean driving record
