The Role

We're looking for friendly, energetic Retail Sales Associates to join our team. You'll help customers find the right fit and style for their big moments -- from weddings and proms to black-tie events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys people, fashion, and creating great experiences.

What You'll Do

Assist customers in selecting suits, tuxedos, and accessories for rental or purchase. Provide expert fitting guidance to ensure every customer looks and feels their best. Keep the store organized, polished, and welcoming. Help with check-ins, returns, and inventory to keep operations running smoothly. Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver outstanding service. Step in wherever needed -- styling, steaming, or celebrating with the groom's party.

What We're Looking For

Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred. A people-first attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping others. Strong communication and attention to detail. An eye for style (we'll train you -- but knowing your tie from your bow tie helps). Availability to work evenings and weekends -- weddings and proms don't stick to 9-5.
