Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Operate POS systems for cashiering, including cash handling and retail math calculations Conduct product demos to promote featured items and upsell products effectively Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product rotation Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Support supervising staff in overseeing store operations when needed Ensure the store maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Engage customers through effective communication skills and phone etiquette

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math skills Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service excellence Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking and product demos Supervising experience is a plus for leadership responsibilities Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base Demonstrated ability to upsell products to enhance sales opportunities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting with attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or evenings if required
Pay: $14.00 per hour
