Job Description
We're looking for the newest stylist to our I DO team! As a stylist, you'll be the heart of a client's journey to saying "yes" to her dream dress regardless of the occasion. You'll guide brides, as well as special occasion guest through a personalized shopping experience with your strong sense of style and excellent communication skills. If you have no prior bridal/formalwear experience, that's ok! It's a personality we are looking for. We can train our policies and brand knowledge, but adaptability and relations are key.
Our ideal candidate takes ownership, is customer focused, and sales goal driven. As we work with numerous personalities, we are looking for someone who is warm, inviting, and great multitasker! Experience in retail is a plus - but it is not a requirement.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Meeting monthly sales goals through training and working as a team. Conduct bridal consultations to understand the bride's vision, style, timeline and budget. Maintain accurate records of customer preferences, appointments and purchases. Running the formalwear sales floor & styling clients. Mother of Bride/Groom & Tuxedo Consultations. Receiving, checking and organizing merchandise. Brand Knowledge Management At least 1 year of retail selling preferred. Ability to adapt to different personalities. Working Saturdays REQUIRED. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours. Time management.
