Job Summary

Smoke N Puff is seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Store Representative to provide excellent customer service and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate has

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with tobacco, vape, glass, and accessory products Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to answer questions and recommend products Operate point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, including cash and card transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Verify customer age and comply with all state and federal regulations Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and inventory Handle customer concerns, returns, and exchanges professionally Follow store policies, safety procedures, and loss-prevention guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled

Qualifications

Must be

21 years of age or older

Background check required

(no serious criminal record) Strong

communication and customer service skills

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of vape, tobacco, or smoke shop products is a plus (training provided) Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to handle cash accurately Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate merchandise
