store is currently seeking Wireless Retail Sales Experts who will deliver a Best-in-Class customer service experience to ALL! From the moment a customer lays their eyes on our stores to when they leave with active service, the Sales Expert will be there leading the customer along the way. Wireless Retail Sales Expert Responsibilities:

Customer Service: + Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly interactions.
+ Address customer inquiries and provide helpful recommendations.
+ Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge and Sales: + Familiarize yourself with wireless devices, plans, and services offered by the company.
+ Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
+ Actively promote and sell wireless devices, accessories, and service plans.
Store Organization and Merchandising: + Organize and maintain merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal.
+ Ensure that products are well-presented and encourage continuous sales.
+ Keep track of inventory and restock as needed.
Preventing Theft and Loss Prevention: + Be vigilant to prevent theft or unauthorized activities within the store.
+ Follow security protocols and report any suspicious behavior.
Cash Handling and Transactions: + Operate cash registers accurately.
+ Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
+ Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
Customer Education: + Educate customers on device features, plans, and technical aspects.
+ Assist with setting up new devices, troubleshooting, and explaining billing details.

Sales Expert Job Requirements

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED Bilingual - English/Spanish - preferred Wireless Retail Experience (Preferred, Not Required) Strong Interpersonal Skills to Work with Both Customers and Co-Workers Alike Positive and Professional Attitude to Represent Total by Verizon Flexibility to Work Weekends, Holidays, and Overtime as Business Needs Reliability is a Must- Your team will rely on you as much as you rely on them! Ability to Stand for Long Periods of Time
