In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them in finding the products they need. Your ability to engage with customers and drive sales will contribute significantly to our store's success.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer experience.
Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail when processing transactions.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries via phone when necessary.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
