Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns. Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and ensuring displays are visually appealing. Conduct regular inventory checks to keep track of stock levels and report any discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash register operations. Ability to engage customers through effective communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with retail store operations is a plus. A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting products. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
