Responsibilities
Deliver an elevated in-store experience while maintaining brand standards and visual presentation.
Drive sales through confident product knowledge, styling, and proactive customer engagement.
Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals daily.
Uphold store organization, merchandising, and cleanliness standards.
Execute product launches, in-store activations, and limited-edition drops.
Handle transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
Represent the brand across all interactions -- customers, influencers, and partners alike.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of sales or retail experience in fashion, luxury, or streetwear preferred.
Confident communication skills with strong customer service instincts.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.
Passion for streetwear, art, and culture -- someone who lives the lifestyle, not just sells it.
Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, and events required).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
