Job Description

Role Summary: Support the Store Manager in overseeing sales, merchandising, providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating sales floor leadership and inventory control.

Main Accountabilities

Performance Measures / Success criteria

1. Partner with SM and ASM for execution of all policies, procedures and operation of store environment including loss prevention.

2. Elevated level of customer service.

3. Visual company standards respected.

4. Policies and procedures optimized.

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma

Availability: Nights, Weekends, Holidays- max of 28 hours per week.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

Must be able to lift heavy boxes - receiving, stocking purposes.

Must be able to climb a ladder - 8' or 14'

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
