Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in a face to face direct engagement with primo brand product selections, and ensuring well-maintained displays. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills and gain valuable experience client facing skills.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and promote primo brand initiatives. Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits. Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Supervise or assist in supervising team members when necessary, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience customer service preferred but not mandatory, full training is provided. Strong communication skills with a forward problem solving mindset. Experience with product demos, upselling, merchandising, and stock management is desirable. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when needed. Supervising experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation
